Thomas Eaton is a seasoned Partnering Facilitator with Global Leadership Alliance (GLA), based in Placer County, Northern California. With a proven track record in executive coaching, leadership development, and multi-disciplinary project delivery. Since 2024, he has been building impactful client relationships at GLA through the delivery of transportation industry Construction Partnering services across Northern California—from Monterey, Fresno, and Mono Counties in the south, all the way to the Oregon border.
