Dr. Keirsten Taillon is a seasoned Organization Development and Leadership Development expert with over 35 years of proven experience transforming leaders and organizations across public, private, and non-profit sectors. As the President of MaxPotentials, Inc. for the past 24 years, she has facilitated strategic planning, delivered leadership training, and provided executive coaching to thousands of leaders throughout California and beyond.
Dr. Taillon specializes in building high-performance teams and healthy organizational cultures that drive sustainable business growth. Her comprehensive approach combines strategic planning, culture alignment, and leadership development to help organizations achieve their fullest potential while honoring their people and values.
