Ehab Hasan

Ehab Hasan is a highly skilled Partnering Facilitator and Account Manager at Global Leadership Alliance (GLA), where he brings a unique blend of engineering expertise, dispute resolution knowledge, and facilitation strategy to the construction industry. With a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering and a Master of Dispute Resolution in Law, Ehab offers a rare dual perspective—technical and legal— that enhances his ability to guide teams through complex projects with clarity, collaboration, and focus.

Before joining GLA, Ehab contributed to major infrastructure projects in the UAE, including the Dubai Tram and Dubai Canal Projects, where he served in both site and office engineering roles. These early experiences shaped his understanding of large-scale project delivery and inspired his commitment to proactive problem-solving and dispute prevention.

At GLA, Ehab leads Construction Partnering Services across California and is one of the key facilitators behind GLA’s integration of DashTech—a proprietary digital platform that supports real-time tracking of partnering metrics, collaborative performance, and project risk management. He is listed on the Caltrans Partnering Facilitator Roster for all 12 districts and has successfully facilitated over 25 Caltrans projects and 18 partnering initiatives as of late 2024.

Ehab’s strength lies in his ability to connect with stakeholders across all levels—engineers, contractors, agency leaders, and community partners—and build trust through structured facilitation, emotional intelligence, and data-driven results. One of his notable contributions includes facilitating the I-5 Enhancement Project in Sacramento, which was recognized for its collaborative success and alignment between Caltrans District 3 and NorCal Paving JV.
