Bina Jhaveri is a seasoned Partnering Facilitator at Global Leadership Alliance (GLA) and the Founder & CEO of A to Zen Coaching. With over 25 years of experience in leadership development, executive coaching, and organizational transformation, Bina brings a powerful blend of global perspective, emotional intelligence, and practical expertise to every engagement. Since joining GLA in 2022, she has led dozens of partnering sessions for large-scale infrastructure projects across Southern California, supporting agencies such as Caltrans, LA Metro, the Port of Los Angeles, and Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command Pacific (NAVFAC).

She is listed on the Caltrans Partnering Facilitator Roster for Districts 4, 7, 8, 9, and 12, and has successfully facilitated more than 50 projects as of late 2024. Most recently, she was honored with the 2025 Caltrans Best in Class Award for her exceptional Partnering work on the Traffic Ops Install Project in Los Angeles County, recognizing her impact on collaboration, communication, and successful project delivery.

Recognized in Marquis Who’s Who of America for her outstanding contributions to the coaching industry. Bina is known for her precise, energizing, and professional facilitation style. She holds an Executive Master’s in International Business Management and a BA from Cal State Fullerton. Her career includes 15 years in Corporate America, where she led strategic marketing and project management efforts before transitioning full-time into coaching and facilitation. As an Internationally Certified Executive Coach, she has served as a mentor and instructor in ICF-certified coach training programs for over seven years and has coached clients across the globe—from Asia to North America.

Through her company, Ato Zen Coaching, Bina has worked with an elite portfolio of clients including Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, Tesla, SpaceX, Amazon, and the U.S. Air Force. She also serves as a leadership coach for the Google Emerging Leaders Program. Her facilitation work spans topics such as project partnering, conflict resolution, communication, psychological safety, emotional intelligence, DEI&B, and values-based leadership. Bina is certified in Humble Leadership, Creating Psychological Safety for Diverse Teams, A Great Place to Work for All, Motivational Interviewing, and The Six Habits of High Performers, among others.
