The courses offered in this 'thirteen-week [in-person]' program go deeper, are more interactive, include hands-on activities and break-out sessions that the courses offered to the general membership do not possess. Participants also benefit from an Emotional Intelligence (EQ) assessment and one-on-one coaching, providing personalized insight and targeted development support.
