CalAPA presents a day of training on asphalt pavements. The County of San Diego, in association with the Building Better Roads Working Group, are hosting this training opportunity, which combines two very popular CalAPA training courses in a single day session. The sessions include Asphalt Pavement 101 with Roger Smith and Asphalt Forensics with Tim Murphy. Attendees will gain a greater understanding of asphalt pavement construction and performance. We encourage pavement engineers, field inspectors, equipment operators, lab technicians and their managers to participate in this interactive workshop. Anyone with an interest in asphalt pavement regardless of experience will walk away with useful information applicable to their everyday activities. The workshop will also include refreshments & snacks for attendees. Full day registrations also include lunch. The facility includes ample free parking onsite.
